As an Australian based operation, we needed to find a company in New Zealand that could assist us to provide maintenance and warranty repairs to a fleet of outside broadcast vans operated by OSB in Auckland.
Performing this type of work by remote is usually a major headache for organisations such as ours.
Finding a company that is reliable and will “do the right thing” when it comes to pricing, and providing a level of service that keeps the client happy, is also very difficult.
